Qualifying customers then pay the lower, VAT exempt price that is stated in brackets on our website and in our catalogue. You only need to do this once to receive relief for all eligible purchases you make with us, both online and instore, however if your situation changes you must notify us and submit a new declaration.

which acts as an electronic signature. Relief can be claimed on someone else’s behalf, in this case the form should be filled out with the USER’s details but electronically signed by the person acting on their behalf.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, if any of your order is out of stock we will contact you (through the email address and/or telephone number provided at checkout) to confirm either a delay in delivery or to discuss your other options
Your delivery charge is calculated by the size of the items you order and the delivery location:
- SMALL & MEDIUM PARCELS – £5.00
Sent through Royal Mail as standard. In some instances we may hand deliver, if so we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time within our business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - LARGE PARCELS (within our Delivery area*) – £10.00
In most instances we will hand-deliver large items within our delivery area, we will call you to arrange a delivery date and time within our business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. In some instances we may send your item through Royal Mail/Parcelforce or have your item sent directly from our supplier, if so you will be notified following your order - LARGE PARCELS (outside of our Delivery area*) – £10/£35/£45
Sent through Royal Mail/Parcelforce or directly from our supplier, in some instances we may use an alternative postal service - FREE DELIVERY – Some large items such as Rise & Recline chairs, Profiling Beds and Stairlifts have Free Delivery. We will be in touch following your order to discuss your delivery date
- RENTAL – £40-£60 dependent on your delivery postcode**. This includes us delivering the item to you, demonstrating the product and collecting it at the end of your rental period
