I just wanted to give you feedback on the gentleman who completed the service for my parents yesterday. What a lovely young man, he was so professional and efficient in his work but also so polite and respectful. He is a credit to your company.

Miss Lear couldn’t say enough about Dan – the level of care and compassion he has shown her when discussing the upcoming change in her Powered Chair has been absolutely stellar – Dan is genuinely excited to bring out a Configurable Chair for Miss Lear to demo that can be modified and adjusted to perfectly suit her condition and has taken the time to understand her condition, her needs and what support she needs to gain some independence.

‘A great introduction. Access Able was recommended to us by our GP practice nurse, and how right she was! We got good advice from one of the managers on the phone, and the product we needed a high loo seat was in stock. When we got in (NB door hard to push), what we needed was instantly provided with good advice on ease of fitting. Excellent service and attaching to the loo was quick and easy, and when we go on holiday we can take it with us. Excellent product.’

‘Superb customer service AGAIN. I hire a stair life for my Mum and for various reasons there has been issues with it. When I have contacted Access Able, they are always very responsive whether by phone or email and get an engineer out so quickly to repair it. Recently her wheelchair broke and I took the part down to see if they could mend it, unfortunately a new part was needed but they sourced it really quickly, kept me informed by email of when it would be in and rang as soon as they had received it. Dan was superb sorting this out for me. Every time I have I am contact with them, I am always so impressed with their high level of customer service and their positive helpful manner. Can’t recommend them highly enough.’

‘We have used Access Able several times when they have repaired a wheelchair and more recently when we bought a new one. In November we needed to have a stairlift fitted for my Mum at very short notice. I emailed them very late at night, and had received a reply by the morning. They came to measure things that day and it was fitted within 24 hours. They are very experienced and gave great guidance and advice each time we have used them. They are easy to contact, very receptive and quick to get things repaired / sorted / fitted. Hugely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their compassion too. Highly recommend them.’
