2b. VAT EXEMPTION – The details you provide including name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and qualifying illness/disability. This information is permanently stored until it is no longer reasonably required, or the customer requests its deletion.
2c. CONTACT US – The details you provide including name, phone number, email address and any relevant product details These details are used to fulfil your request, which may include transferring it internally to the relevant department, and are then deleted, unless you subsequently become a customer of ours whereby they are stored on our customer database permanently unless the customer requests its deletion. - MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE: The details you provide including name, address, phone number, email address, VAT Relief eligibility and order details as well as additional information including order history, IP address, order origin, order device and number of page views. This data is stored permanently unless the customer requests its deletion.
Access Able Ltd. does not store any customer payment details and for our online orders we hold a Data Processing Agreement with Stripe as our payment provider. We share your relevant personal information with Stripe that is required for them to process your payment using 3D Secure Authentication. CHILDRENS ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
This website does not specifically or knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have information from anyone under the age of 16, it will be deleted.

For customers that place an order on our website, we share the relevant information with Stripe, our payment provider, that is required to process the payment, for the express use of processing your transaction.
