STEP 1:   CHOOSE DURATION 
You can either rent with us on a SHORT TERM or LONG TERM basis. SHORT TERM contracts are for up to 3 days, up to 7 days or up to 1 month, while LONG TERM contracts are for a minimum of either 3 or 6 months

STEP 2:   CHOOSE PRODUCT
After choosing how long you’d like to rent for, you need to choose what you would like to rent! Our rental products are split into HOMECARE, MOBILITY or STAIRLIFTS categories and you’ll find all available products under one of these headings

STEP 3:   ADD TO BASKET
Once you’ve found the product you like to rent just add it to your basket – some products have options and extras available, if applicable they will be displayed on the product page and you will need to select all of these to be able to proceed. If you are renting LONG TERM you will also need to select your desired payment frequency for your ongoing rental payments

STEP 4:   REVIEW YOUR BASKET
When you have added all items to your basket click the shopping cart icon and review your basket. Click ‘Calculate shipping’ and enter your postcode to display your delivery options, select either HOME DELIVERY or STORE COLLECTION and then proceed to checkout

STEP 5:   CHECKOUT
The checkout is where you will complete your billing, delivery and payment details and it is also where you will select your delivery/collection date. To choose your delivery/collection date just click the empty box under the ‘Preferred Delivery/Collection Date (to be confirmed)’ heading, this will then display a calendar for you to make your selection.
PLEASE NOTE: you MUST enter your postcode either on the basket or checkout page to be able to select your delivery/collection date, the box will not appear until you have done so.

You will also need to state at the checkout if the user of the products is VAT Exempt (if you select YES you will also need to complete a VAT Declaration separately, if you haven’t already submitted one to us)

STEP 6:   PLACE YOUR ORDER
Before you can place your order you will need to click the tick boxes to state that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions relevant to your order – if you click the text it will take you to the documents, please ensure you have read these in full. Once you have clicked the tick boxes you can click PLACE YOUR ORDER to submit. You will then receive an automatic email confirmation containing your order details.
