Access Able is a family run business that have been supplying and servicing mobility equipment to Bristol and the surrounding areas for over 22 years. We are now looking for a Stairlift/Mobility Engineer to join our enthusiastic and hard working team within a 25 mile radius of our shop in Bedminster, Bristol.

 

Experience in the industry is desired and some electrical/mechanical knowledge would be an advantage, although specific product training will be provided if necessary. The candidate would also need to be computer literate to operate our mobile call logging system.

 

The job is customer facing and they will be representing Access Able while dealing with vulnerable members of the public in their homes, so the candidate must be friendly, polite and sensitive to our customers’ needs, whilst being presentable in appearance (uniform will be provided).

 

The work involves a degree of manual handling, so must be physically fit and able.

 

The vacancy is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with out of hours cover required on a rota basis on evenings and weekends. Out of hours cover is paid on top of salary.

 

Driving license is essential with no more than 3 points.
